What These Terms Are

This page defines the operating rules of the demo version of the Daftar+ website as it works today. We present this version for demonstration, understanding, and testing the idea; it is not a currently operating commercial service. That is why we wrote these terms in plain language, away from complex legal formulas, explaining what the system does and does not do, how we treat your data, and what you should expect — so you get an honest picture before deciding on any next step.

Terms We Use

  • "Daftar+" — the name of the project idea this version presents, and not the name of a registered company at this stage.
  • "Trial version" — the website as it works today, showing uses and examples for the purpose of explanation, understanding, and testing the idea.
  • "Content" — every text, image, screen, and message shown on the website to explain the idea and how it works.
  • "Data" — any information you type or enter into the site pages or the contact form.
  • "Visitor" or "user" — anyone who opens the website and reads its content, which is you.
  • Every term on this page has one meaning; whenever the same word appears elsewhere, that same meaning is intended.

Demo Scope

  • The website is currently a demo (a trial version) that shows the product idea and how it works, not a service available for subscription or purchase.
  • At this stage we do not register customers, answer purchase requests, or enter into any commercial commitment through the website.
  • Names, figures, and screens exist to illustrate the idea; any example shown in the interface is a general scenario to explain how it works, not a promise of a result.
  • "Get Started" and similar links point to trying the idea, and do not mean opening a subscription or a real account at this stage.
  • We always distinguish between "the idea" and "a finished product": what we show here is a close picture of what we intend Daftar+ to become, not an announcement of a fully running service.
  • Every clause on this page is tied to the version as it is today; when reality changes, we change the text first, then note the difference in the update date.

Accounts & Data

  • There is currently no login system or real user accounts in this demo version.
  • The contact form on the Contact page is a demo and is not connected to a server that receives and processes messages; so it does not store the data you send.
  • Do not put sensitive data in the form, such as ID numbers, card numbers, or bank account numbers; a general description of your activity is enough.
  • Any update to real communication channels will be clearly pointed to on the Contact page.
  • There is no personal space or private session in the current version; everyone who opens the site sees the same interface and the same explanations.
  • If a day comes when we add a form that receives real data, we will show its policy before you submit anything, clearly here or on a dedicated page.

Records & Accuracy

  • Daftar+ helps you organize your numbers, but the accuracy of what you record remains your responsibility; any figures you enter reflect what you actually type.
  • In the demo version, the numbers shown in dashboards may be illustrative figures for display purposes.
  • We do not audit or review your balances at this stage, and Daftar+ is not a substitute for an accountant or financial advisor.
  • Anyone who decides to rely on any figure shown in this version is responsible for verifying it before using it.
  • The numbers on the screens help you form a picture, but they do not replace reviewing a real source such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
  • A rule we recommend: pair any number you type with the real event that happened, and for any number that appears automatically, ask where it came from before relying on it.
  • Every time you enter a figure, ask yourself: "What does this number mean and when did it happen?" — these small questions protect your numbers more than any algorithm.

Payments & Pricing (Demo Only)

  • No prices, paid plans, or purchases are offered at this stage.
  • There are no payment obligations, we do not ask for card or account details, and we issue no invoices with a real value.
  • Any figure or amount mentioned in the interface is for display only and represents no financial commitment.
  • We will not surprise you with a payment request; any move toward a paid model will be announced clearly before it happens.
  • Our first goal at this stage is to understand whether the idea is useful, not to make money; that is why you will find no payment screen in the current version.
  • If the project ever moves toward any paid model, we will write its terms in a complete dedicated page before opening any subscription door.

Privacy & Data Handling

  • We try to collect as little data as possible while you browse this demo version.
  • The contact form is not connected to a server, so do not send it data you would only send to be stored or processed.
  • We do not sell or share user data, and if real channels exist, this page will explain how each type of data is handled.
  • You can browse the pages and read the content without entering any personal data.
  • Browsing any website leaves a general technical trace in server logs, such as the machine address and visit time; we will not use them except to improve the experience, with your knowledge.
  • Our standard for anything touching data: the smallest amount, certain transparency, and an explicit explanation of any piece of information we handle before working with it.
  • Any future request for additional data will be optional, justified by a clear purpose, and never required for browsing the content.

Liability Limits

  • We provide this demo version "as is" for display, without guarantees of continuous availability or freedom from errors.
  • We are not responsible for any decision you make based on what this version shows; we encourage you to verify and consult before any real financial step.
  • Losing access or a temporary outage during development is not grounds for any compensation claim.
  • This version is for understanding, not a basis for any contractual commitment between us and you.
  • We are not responsible for the results of relying on a financial decision on a trial version that does not represent a finished product.
  • These liability limits are not caution against our own work; they are honesty with you: this version is for understanding, and it is not the place to tie the fate of money or work to it.

Intellectual Property

  • The idea of Daftar+, its name, and the content shown on the website naturally belong to the idea owners at this stage.
  • The Daftar+ name, look, or logo may not be used to mislead others or present us as something we are not.
  • You may share the site content to introduce the idea with proper attribution, but not present it as your own product.
  • Any suggestions you send us through the contact page are welcome and may help us, but they create no obligation on our side and do not move the idea's ownership to anyone else.
  • If the idea inspires you to build something similar, we would be glad to hear from you and share the vision; the discussion door stays open, and we trust the Daftar+ idea is attributed to none but its owners.

Changes & Termination

  • These terms may change as the project evolves, and we will note any change that alters the essence of this page.
  • We keep the right to stop the demo version or change the shape of the site at any time, with no prior commitment to users.
  • The effective date and the latest update of these terms are shown at the bottom of the page, and any use of the site after a change means acceptance of the updated version.
  • If the project enters a new stage or takes an official shape, we will rewrite these terms to reflect the new situation clearly.
  • We will record the date of any change that touches the essence of this page (the effective date and the last update) so you see the text is alive and tracks reality, not a one-time copy.
  • After any substantial change we will keep the previous version of the terms available if you want to compare.

General Use of the Website

  • Browsing the website, reading its content, and learning about the idea is open to everyone without registration or prior conditions.
  • You will never be asked for any data to enter; every screen presents and explains itself without needing an account.
  • Please do not use automated means to collect the site content or republish it as independent material, and do not attempt to break or bypass any part of the site.
  • The example screens are meant for illustration; understand the idea from them and do not build on any figure as if it were a real result of your activity.
  • If we later add links to external sites, we will not be responsible for that content, and we will point them out clearly when we add them.

Availability & Continuity

  • We keep developing the trial version, and its shape or content may change between visits without prior notice.
  • The site may pause briefly for maintenance or improvement, and we will try to keep such pauses short and rare as much as we can.
  • We do not guarantee that the site stays as it is today; newer versions may replace what you see now, which is a natural part of a trial stage.
  • Every description in these pages tries to match what the website actually does; when something changes, we change the words first, not later.

Important Note About the Demo Status

  • These terms are not legal advice, and they do not form a contract with a registered legal entity; we write them as honest operating rules about the project's current status.
  • Note that the contact fields (email, phone, address) and their current values are placeholders and not data about a real entity.
  • We do not currently have a registered commercial entity to place in detailed legal terms; when that fact changes, we will rewrite this page fully.
  • The form does not send or store messages, as explained on the Contact page itself.

In short: we present the Daftar+ idea so that whoever sees it can understand it, we commit to describing it as it really is without exaggeration, we respect your data by not asking for it, and we keep our pages closely related to what we actually do.
